BSL-SSliding Louvre Panels for Dynamic Facades
The Sliding Brise Soleil system uses moveable aluminium louvre panels that slide horizontally on tracks in front of the building facade. Each panel consists of fixed louvre blades set within an aluminium frame, mounted on a top-hung or bottom-supported rail system with stainless steel rollers. Panels slide left or right to cover, partially cover, or fully expose the window or glass facade behind them. This gives building occupants real-time control over solar shading, privacy, and daylight — without tilting individual blades. The system is available in manual (hand-operated with soft-close dampers) or motorised (24V linear drive with rain/wind sensors) configurations. Standard panel widths range from 400 to 1,200mm with heights up to 3,500mm. Multiple panels stack behind each other when slid open, occupying minimal facade width. All aluminium components are powder coated in any RAL colour.
