EM-MMARS — Modular Aluminium Railing System
EasyMod MARS (Modular Aluminium Railing System) is built on a single universal frame that accepts five bar profile families and multiple infill types. The same 60×60mm post and 60×30mm rail extrusion carries any combination — you specify the bar section per project, per floor, or per facade zone without changing the structural members. Bar profiles available for the MARS vertical infill: **Ø16mm round** (classic, most popular), **14×14mm square** (refined, architectural), **20×20mm square** (bold, commercial weight), **30×15mm flat** (linear, shadow-line effect), **50×15mm flat** (wide blade, strong privacy — reads almost as a louvre). All profiles are EN AW-6063 T6 aluminium, powder-coated in any RAL colour with QUALICOAT Class II certification. The frame uses extruded EN AW-6063 T6 posts connected with concealed stainless steel fasteners — no on-site welding. Posts mount via base plates (top-mount on slab) or side-fix brackets (fascia mount) with M10 A4 stainless anchors. Standard barrier heights 1000mm and 1100mm comply with EN 1991-1-1 residential loads. The system is CE marked per EN 1090 for structural aluminium fabrication.

The 30×15mm flat bar creates a balanced grid with clear visibility between bars. The 50×15mm wide blade creates a much stronger horizontal band — approximately 60–70% opacity depending on viewing angle. It reads as a louvre panel from a distance.
