Prepare corner connection sets
Pre-build the four corner connection sets — set projection vs width orientation now.

Build the front U-frame
Insert the front C-1 gutter into B-1/B-2 pillars to form the front U-frame on the ground.

Build the rear U-frame
Repeat for the rear C-2 gutter into A-1/A-2 pillars — keep both U-frames square.

Lift the U-shaped frames
Lift both U-frames simultaneously — two installers per frame, mind the powder coating.

Install left side profile D-1
Install the left D-1 side perimeter profile between the two U-frames.

Install right side profile D-2
Install the right D-2 side perimeter profile — frame is now closed.

Check diagonals and drainage plugs
Verify diagonals match the size table (3×3: 386 · 3×4: 466 · 3×5: 554.5 · 4×4: 527.5 · 4×5: 602.4 · 4×6: 683.7 cm) and seat drainage plugs.

Install F gutters in projection direction
Mount F gutters in the projection direction.

Fix top gutters from above
Fix all top gutters from above with 3.9 mm screws.

Seal rubber junctions
Seal rubber junctions at all gutter intersections — neutral silicone bead.

Prepare standard blades
Pre-cut and prepare the standard PN-LM-500 lamellas to width.

Prepare motor blade
Prepare the dedicated PN-LM-501 motor blade — drive coupling on motor side.

Install motor on D-1 profile
Mount the PN-MT-500 motor on the D-1 profile per code map orientation.

Install the motor blade
Install the motor blade onto the rotation pin first — verifies free movement.

Adjust motor arm
Adjust the motor arm angle so the motor blade closes flush.
