Cut the long gutters as a matched pair
Cut both long gutters from the same extrusion as a matched pair.

Thread the corner helicoils into both gutters
Thread M6 / M8 helicoils so corner bolts seat into proper threads.

Assemble the long-side ladder frames on the ground
Two long-side ladders ready — the frame begins to take shape.

Slide on the asymmetric covers before lifting
Asymmetric covers slide before sides are permanently fixed.

Lift the long-side frames onto the foot stubs

Close the front short side
First short-side closure — geometry still adjustable here.
