Material & production

  • 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with recyclable material value at end of life
  • TIGER Coatings industrial powder coat with solvent-free application
  • Precision extrusion helps reduce material waste in production
  • Aluminium and glass system language instead of timber/PVC replacements

Energy & building performance

  • External shading can reduce cooling demand depending on glazing, orientation and climate
  • Bioclimatic louvres support passive natural ventilation
  • ZIP screens reduce solar heat gain before it reaches the glass
  • Lower HVAC dependency is reviewed with project-specific assumptions

Green building certification

  • Documentation support for energy, daylight and material traceability
  • Sustainable-building workflows reviewed by project scope
  • Eurocode structural references prepared per project
  • CE and EN 1090 references handled where applicable

What we reference — and what we don't yet claim

Material properties (verified)

Aluminium is 100% recyclable — without loss of technical properties (verified for EN AW-6063). Industry averages for recycled content and secondary-production energy are documented by European Aluminium.

What we don't claim

A product-specific EPD (Environmental Product Declaration per EN 15804) is in preparation but not yet issued. ISO 14001 environmental management and a dated carbon-neutral roadmap will be published once the audit is complete. Until then, we avoid dated commitments we cannot substantiate.
