System layout and datum
Set the system datum and mark the four foot-plate centres on the slab.

Place foot plates
Place the four PN-FP-500 foot plates and anchor with M10 buldex.

Lift the four pillars
Lift each PN-DZ-500 pillar onto its foot plate stud — two installers per pillar.

Install rear carrier gutter
Install the rear PN-GU-500 carrier gutter — slope 1.5% toward the front.

Install front carrier gutter
Install the front PN-GU-500 carrier gutter — match heights within 2 mm.

Install side gutters
Install left and right PN-GU-501 side gutters — verify diagonals (3×3: 386 · 3×4: 466 · 3×5: 554.5 cm).

Seal corner joints
Apply neutral-cure silicone bead at all four upper corner joints.

Install blade side rails
Slide PN-LR-500 blade side rails into the frame — pre-set pivot positions.

Prepare louvre blades
Prepare the louvre blades — fit pivot pins, lay out on a clean covered surface.

Install first blade
Install the first blade — verify free rotation and flush closed position.

Complete blade array
Complete the blade array — equal pitch using a spacer gauge.

Connect manual linkage
Connect PN-SC-500 manual linkage — all blades must move together.

Install manual crank gear
Install PN-CR-500 crank gear and PN-GT-500 drive shaft — test full cycle.

Set open / close limits
Set crank end-stops for fully closed and fully open positions.

Install cover profiles
Install PN-CP-500 pillar caps and PN-CP-501 gutter closing profiles.

Install drainage outlets
Connect PN-WT-100/PN-WT-101 drainage tubes inside front pillars and test water flow.

Final functional test
Final functional test — open, close, verify even closure across array.
